Torn between worlds, intangible forces dissolve my sanity.

Remnants of my vision stretch across the skyline.
Lofty aspirations grounded, reverberating damnation.
I have manifested an all-familiar desert.
A tainted landscape tinted with ash, sounding echoes of evisceration.
The gilded walls of this perverted temple mock my very name.
They lead me to my grave.

Fire from the devastated plains lights my path through the killing field.
Sordid remains of ill-begotten ambitions pave the ground.

Sanctuary peaks above the bloodied horizon.
